The bark Vidfarne was built in 1865 at Kragerø, Norway. Her tonnage was 207 Norwegian Commercial lasts, 434 net tons. She was mastered by J. Falkenberg. In 1866 she departed from Trondheim on May 26th, and arrived at Quebec on July 18th. She was sailing ballast, and was carrying 225 steerage passengers and 9 cabin passengers. It was a smooth voyage. She was mastered by Capt. Falkenberg, and had a crew of 13.
