were all born in Vestre Slidre in Valdres, Oppland.

* Marit Eriksdaughter, born in June, 1850

* Ragnhild Eriksdaughter, born June 3, 1853

* Erik Eriksson, born August 19, 1856

* Ole Eriksson, born July 16, 1858

There was a "telling" in 1865, and all these four were there With their parents - in Vestre Slidre. It is impossible to "find" them after 1880 in "telling". Is it possible to find if they have emigrated from Norway to USA?

In the marriage record Erik's father is listed as Erik Pedersen and Abela's father is listed as Anders Larsen. Abela is from Sweden. I don't see any other male name associated with the transcription.

OK - thank you about the fathers' names. Will it be possible to find that others have emigrated to you?

I searched the digitalarkivet for their supposed departures but didn't find. Also looked at people leaving Vestre Slidre in the church registers from 1865-1875, didn't find. Maybe someone else wants to take on finding that part?

I think the ad the family put in is probably most correct at 3 May. As to the count of children any after Anne Mathilda are going to be hers. I'm math challenged so you will have to count them.

Here is son Otto going to US in 1904:

Going to his [half] brother Gustav Larson in Bemidji, Minnesota
