" It is probably the same Clement, found here in a 1778 Marriage: - Right Side https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/327/pv00000010190786
Transcription (Please Help):
Flaa 12 Juni ... ungkarl (bachelor) Klemet Evensen fra Oleberg... ... ... pike Aase Olsdatter Copulerede: 7 Nov 1778 ... Narve Jonsen .... ... ... Knud Gundbiorns Lindelien"
In the transcription of this entry it says "Oelberg's annex". Olberg was an old division name in Sigdal--https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oslo_og_Hamar_bisped%C3%B8mmes_jordebok_1574-77 |

Clemet is supposed to have the following children: Even 1779, Ole 1781, Kristi 1784, Randi 1787, Anne 1790, Ivar 1793, Peder 1799, so I assume we can rule this one out? Also considering the 1801 Census?

Thank you for the help!
I'll update this one with your information, so:
25 Flaae 12 Juni, ... ungk[arl] Klemet Evensen fra oelsbergs annex og pike Aase Olsdatter Copulerede 7 Nov 1778 ... Test? Narve Jonsen orgenvigen og Knud Gundbiorns Linnelien
orgenvigen probably here Ørgenviken
If Olberg was in Sigdal, maybe I can find him in the Sigdal Church Book, although that one is a little bit painful. |

From your opening gambit, the Klemet there is from Dragonbraaten which in later years is found in Krodsherad. But of course Krodsherad's earliest records were found in Sigdal along with Eggeda's. |

Yes, sometimes I am thinking whether I should just start transcribing the entire "Sigdal kirkebøker: Ministerialbok nr. I 1 from 1722-1777".
I feel like I have spent multiple times digging through it now, not finding what I am looking for. I feel like instead of going back and back again, I would just do it one time from the beginning to the end. Then I am wondering if it has been attempted to transcribed or if anyone is doing it as we speak? I feel like I have not yet seen one digital entry on "Digitalarkivet" come from this.
For example, if I look on Page 1 for Astri and Peder Svensen on "Digitalarkivet", I can't find a transcription, so I assume it has not been done?

Any insights? |
