| One of the family in Norway searching for Madli in the past was a man named Svein Atle Stendal. He may be the same man as the one I corresponded with about 2005 or so. As I recall he was doing the research on his mother's behalf. |

Based on the post by Jase Anderson and the marriage record I posted on page 1, I think the Norwegian who came from Norway is the Fingel Andersen. And it is his son Albert H Anderson who married Madli Nilsen (Nilsdatter) in North Dakota. Albert H was born in Wisconsin and is found here in the 1880 Census living with his family including his father Fingel Andersen.
Here he is living with his wife. Now using the name Molly on the WWI Draft Registration Cards.
