His father is Martin Bratland born March 26, 1860 in Nodre Land, Norway came over about 1881 Married Agnes Larson on 20 January 1883 I have all of this information... here is where it begins........

Looks like there are two wives and Martin had many siblings (including half-siblings).
Familien var bosatt Brattland 1813-[18]75. Knut Oluf, Inger Kristiana og Ole Andreas skal ogsa ha utvandret i tillegg til Martin som dro i 1881.
The family was resident in Brattland 1813-[18]75. Knut Oluf, Inger Kristiana and Ole Andreas are also said to have emigrated in addition to Martin who left in 1881.
Not too difficult to read in the year 1788 to 1791. Knud's entry probably going to say Ourdal at the front and then his name will have an underline. Father like I said should be Ole Olsen. If anyone has more time till the next time I can look, search for it here.
Otherwise, I'll get back to it later, out of time for today.
Checked Page 38-58 and came across upwards of 30+ children named Knut, none with a father named Ole Olsen as far as I can tell. On Page 58, second to last before I was going to end my search in 1791, there is the following entry:
