Hi I am looking for a passenger ship list, from Kristiana May 1888. Name of skipper Angelo and name of Agent Elster. Name of ship? Looking for family Foldoien who left Norway May 4 1888 to Norway. Thank you. You can email me at rykehren@yahoo.com

Elster was the agent of the White Star Line, he was authorized to convey emigrants via Hull and Newcastle to Liverpool and from there to New York and on to the final destination in America. Angelo was the name of the ship which brought the emigrants from Norway to Hull in England, from there they went by train to Liverpool to board the WhiteStar Line ship, which according to our database of corresponding ships was most likely the S/S Germanic which arrived to New York New York May 18 1888
