The Devonia was one of 5 identical sisters built 1873 - 1878. The other sisters were the Ethiopia built 1873, Bolivia built 1874, Anchoria built 1875 and the Circassia (1) built 1878. The Devonia had passenger accommodations for about 200 1st class passenger, 100 2nd class passengers and 800 steerage passengers. Below you can see two of the other sisters, the Anchoria (1) and the Ethiopia.
