I am a newbee here. I was on someone else's thread so I will restart. 1st thank you "eibache" & "JaneC" for your help. My greatgrand father Casper Emil Caspersen born Bragernes Dramm 28 sept 1858 I know he lived in Lillestrom as both his boys Trygve & Bjarne were born there. He is listed as dead 1903 Mental Farm, would there be any records of this mental farm?
Thank you eibache for the info his parents. Caspar was as far back as I had. |

| It's possible that there might be a parish register listing of his death in Norway. He never came to US or Canada? |

No he did not come to the States. after his death his sons Trygve & Bjarne (mygrandfather) came to Boston 1903 on the ultonia

Charlotte Mathildes mother Ingeborg Bolette Andersdatter died March 9 1864 37 years old, see #16.
Charlotte, her widowed father and siblings in 1865.
Confirmation record for Charlotte is #12. |

Caspars parents, Hans Andreas Caspersen and Anne Evensdatter, were married Oct 15 1854, see #34
Caspar, his parents and siblings in 1865.

Hans Andreas Caspersen was born April 7 1827, see #62.
His parents were Casper Aslesen and Birgitte Andersdatter.
The parents were married Oct 8 1820, see #32.

Anne Evensdatter was born July 13 1828, see #94.
Her parents were Even Hansen and Ragnil Andersdatter, Berget under Hejeren. |

Well, the grandmother died in 1903, #114 with three sons described as varne voxne:
