JaneC, The letter is not dated. I believe it's page 2, signed Borghild. No envelope. No postmark.
I just want to give this Bible back to the Family.
I have no interest other than giving the family their history. That's it. Gratis.
I want nothing in return, no money, no information - nothing.
If no family is available, I will bring the book to LDS in Plainview, N.Y., U.S.A.

Sometimes Bibles have pages to record family information.

On the pages with the other names are there any headings with words like
Fødte or Døbte
Viede or AEgteviede or Vielse
Døde ?

Jreale,

Obviously at this point with about 200 views of your post we would have figured it out with the clues given, if we were going to. This lack of clarity is why we continue to ask you for information from the Bible, itself.

It is not to harass you or bother you in any way but merely to see if we can find the right clue to unlock the mystery. If all we have are the names you have given us we may not be able to solve who they are in order to find any of their possible descendants so that you can give the Bible to them.

As Jane said earlier, we here at Norwayheritage are all volunteers and we love a mystery! Between us we have an excellent skill set to solve mysteries like this. You asked for our help, now let us help you.

Maybe of some interest on the Borghild Svendsen, probably the same one who lived in New York, upstate and Brooklyn and Minnesota with Sverre Svendsen.

Borghild Svendsen
in the U.S., Social Security Death Index, 1935-2014
Name: Borghild Svendsen
SSN: 064-20-5700
Last Residence:
703 (U.S. Consulate) Oslo, Norway
BORN: 14 Jan 1887
Died: Nov 1970
State (Year) SSN issued: New York (Before 1951)

Borghild Martine Svendsen
in the Reports of Deaths of American Citizens Abroad, 1835-1974
Name: Borghild Martine Svendsen
Date of Birth: abt 1887
Date of Death: 7 Nov 1970
Place of Death: Norway
Age at Death: 83

Document states that her effects are left in the hands of her brother Louis Urdahl of Flaengrenda 9, Oslo, Norway

Maybe this guy living with father Hans Urdahl and rest of family in 1910.

http://www.rhd.uit.no/folketellinger/ftliste_e.aspx?ft=1910&knr=0301&kenr=102&bnr=0075&lnr=09

Or this version of the 1910 Census.

Here is a family in Oslo with Sverre, Borhgild and Lilli Svendsen all in the same family in the 1900 Norwegian Census.

http://www.rhd.uit.no/folketellinger/ftliste_e.aspx?ft=1900&knr=0301&kenr=473&bnr=0017&lnr=03

A little easier to see the family in this version of the Census.

The family in 1910, Borghild and Lilly still here, Sverre is gone.

This is likely the Baptism record for the Sverre in the records directly above. Mother is named Pauline. It is also likely that this is the same Sverre Sigurd Svendsen found in New York and Minnesota, and who had a sister named Borghild and a wife named Borghild.

Sverre Sigurd Svendsen
in the Norway, Select Baptisms, 1634-1927
Name: Sverre Sigurd Svendsen
Gender: Male
Birth Date: 25 des 1883 (25 Dec 1883)
Baptism Date: 27 jan 1884
Baptism Place: Oslo, Oslo, Norway
Father's Age: 1856
Mother's Age: 1856
Father: Emil Svendsen
Mother: Pauline Pedersen
FHL Film Number: 1282974

This is likely Sverre leaving Oslo in 1904.

The reason for focusing on Sverre, Borghild and Lille is that there are far too many Anders or Andrew Olsens to be able to separate out any one or two of interest. The seach for Brunn or Bruin also did not turn up any with the first initial of T. P.

Yes ii is much easier to find several than to find one.

Here is a link to Sverre Sigurd's signature (on his marriage record). Perhaps a handwriting match would be possible with some of the items in the Bible?:
