Yes I am pretty sure that is her, I also believe her death date is
4 Apr. 1847. It's Anders Larsen that I can't find much on.

I notice that a Kari Larsdtter shows up on the baptism record for Poul as a fadder.

A Kari Larsdatter shows up in a search as fadder and mother. Here is one as a mother with a Anders Larsen as a fadder.

Link

And she shows up again for the baptism of Ole son of Anders Larsen and Sedsel Jensdatter.

Link

A sister perhaps?

I had not noticed that before. It appears to be a connection alright.
I'll start trying to trace her, hopefully find more.

Checking the 1801 Census I find 15 Kari Larsdatter in Grue Parish
None have the same parents as the Anders Larsen in Grue in 1801
Vang Parish is showing 33 Kari Larsdatter in 1801
I believe you are right that there is a connection between Anders and Kari
I just have not foun right one.

Checking 1801 Census for Vang I find both Kari Larsdatter and
Sedsel Jensen in Rural Residence Hohl Østre. Now I am getting confused,
not sure which is the correct Sedsel looks like 1 year difference maybe.

Good find in the 1801 Census. The Kari Larsdatter in that list has a mother Marte Christensdatter. Using Ancestry the only connection I can find is a Kari Larsdattter from Løten.

Kari Larsen
in the Norway, Select Baptisms, 1634-192
Name: Kari Larsen
[Kari Andersen]
Gender: Female
Baptism Date: 28 jan 1770
Baptism Place: , Loten, Hedmark, Norway
Father: Lars Andersen
Mother: Marthe Christensdr
FHL Film Number: 124292

And this is probably her brother Anders Larsen born in 1765 also in Løten Hedmark and what appears to be the same parents.

Anders Larsen
in the Norway, Select Baptisms, 1634-1927
Name: Anders Larsen
Gender: Male
Baptism Date: 17 feb 1765
Baptism Place: , Loten, Hedmark, Norway
Father: Lars Andersen
Mother: Marthe Christensdr
FHL Film Number: 124292

Not in Vang but Løten is next door.

Okay it looks like this could be the connection between Kari and Anders.
Now I'm not sure which Sedsel in the 1801 Census married Anders.
On their possible marriage record you first posted it looks like Sedsel's
residence was St Ingeberg (?) at time of marriage.

Here is an Old thread at Arkivverket. Someone is searching for the Sedsel Jensdatter in another wedding in Vang in 1812. One of the candidates is this Sidsel, #7 from the bothom, right side. The poster identifies the parents as
quote:
Jens Halvorsen Ingeberg, f. ca 1749 og Kathrine Halvorsdatter, f. ca 1755.

Ingeberg is a village in the municipality of Hamar, Norway.

And this from the link provided by Tore

"Så til Sidsel Jensdatter. Hvem er riktig Sidsel?
Sidsel Jensdatter f. 1785 av Jens Halvorsen Ingeberg, f. ca 1749 og Kathrine Halvorsdatter, f. ca 1755. Nr 14 ovenfra,f. 4.9."

And this Link to the baptism also from the Thread. Seventh from the bottom. Baptism is from Vang. (opps posted by Tore above}

Link

Two things jump out. One the Bygdebok does not name a husband for the Sidsel Jensdatter f 1785.

Two the OP on the thread and at least one of the other posters lean toward the Sidsel Jensdatter f 1785 as the one married to the Swede.

I am not certain that I agree. The wedding link we have seen for Sidsel and Anders does mention St Ingeberg

Amazingly enough both Sidsels got married in 1812 in the same parish.

Here is a Link to the transcribed marriage of Sissel (Sidsel) who married Erich Jonsen of Sweden. Her residence at that time was Dæhlie paa Furnæs.

I sometimes like to look at the Census data from the NHDC site as it is more compact. Here are the two Sidsels from 1801

Hohl Østre

Flagstad øst.
