Could someone with a suitable subscription help me find a record for a wedding in Dexterville on December 5, 1894 between Gurine Olsdatter Sandvik (born in Norway 1872) and Ludvik Nilsen Bjørseth (born in Norway 1857)?

Ludvik/Ludvig perhaps already then went by the name og Louis Nelson. What I am hoping to find, is some indication of where they came from in Norway and who their parents were.

Brilliant, thank you!

For the time being, I have no access to Ancestry. Could you post an image also of the 1895 baptism record? It would be interesting to see the names of the witnesses.

There is a family tree on this couple, no documentation, at familysearch. Someone was working on it in May of this year named Karalyn Cronk and there is an email for her at the site:
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/pedigree/landscape/9X2X-Y7

In 1910 census Louis' date of migration is 1893. With an approximate year of birth as 1864 here is a possible Ludwig leaving in 1893:

Thanks to both! Before going to sleep, I should rush to say that I believe that I know the Norwegian origins of both spouses. I was just hoping to obtain the final proof in the marriage record.

That worked for the bride, as it is probably her older sister Sisela who marries in the record above. These records are less conclusive when it comes to Ludvig, but in this case I have other evidence pointing strongly towards my candidate.

From the Ladysmith News Budget (Ladysmith, Wisc) Thursday 16 May 1907 page 9 col 3:
"Louis Nelson Ellingson Lumber Co.'s night watchman, moved his family up from Dexterville last week with the view of this his future home, having purchased Sam Harmoney's residence."

From the same newspaper pub Thursday 14 Nov 1907, page 2 col 6:
"Mrs. Inga Oleson of New Lisbon was in the city Saturday night on her way to visit her daughter Mrs. Louis Nelson at Hawkins."

From the same newspaper pub Friday 3 Feb 1922 page 10 col 6 "Hawkins";
"The Royal Neighbors had initiation and installation Friday night, after which a fine supper was served at the Lewis Nelson home."
