The family tree at familysearch.org that a Richard Larson has been contributing to contains Lenos Albert Larson and his wife Signe C Olson. (I believe Tore has asked if this is or is not the person OP wants information on.) Signe is assigned a birth date of 16 May 1880 at Oslo. Where did this information come from?

Her obit says she died on 25 July 1961 and is survived by 4 grandchildren Allen, William, Richard and David Larson and others.

Marriage record viewable here:
"Minnesota, County Marriages, 1853-1983", FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2Z5-78GK : Sun Jul 07 11:16:10 UTC 2024), Entry for Lenos A Larson and Signe C Olson, 24 Jun 1903.

Both bride and groom are residents of Ramsey county, Minnesota. A.C. Larson and Sigrid P ? Olson are witnesses. Who are they?

In the 1930 census Signe gives a date of arrival in US of 1881.
There is a Signey C Olson listed as a student of Cleveland High School in St. Paul in 1897. Further her name is rendered as Signey Constance Olson in another school article from 1897.

Signe in the 1900 census:
"United States, Census, 1900", FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M93D-FVY : Wed Jan 29 20:20:34 UTC 2025), Entry for Harry Olson and Bertha K Olson, 1900.

Her parents and siblings in St Paul in 1905:
"Minnesota, State Census, 1905", FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:SP3R-8V7 : Tue Oct 21 00:56:03 UTC 2025), Entry for Harry Olson, 1905.

Harry Olson in FAG:

Harry Olsen obit: Star Tribune. Tue, Apr 09, 1935 ·Page 21
"OLSON-- Harry 1017 Jenks St April 6th in his 83rd year. Dear father of Mrs. A.H. Kryger, Olaf and Leonard Olson St. Paul, Mrs LA Larson and Henry Olson of Chicago brother of Mrs. Nels Olson of Mpls. In the Sunday, 25 August 1901 issue of the Saint Paul Globe in the column called "East St. Paul" was this story (which I will abbreviate):

"Miss Hanna Hansen and Mr. E. P. Larson were married Wednesday evening in the Bethany Lutheran Church. Rev. George Larson performed the ceremony in front of a large company of relatives and friends. Miss Anna Flink was maid of honor, Miss Signey Olson was bridesmaid. Lenox sic Larson brother of the groom was best man and B.F. Nelson was groomsman....."

AND
In the Sunday 5 July 1903 issue of the Saint Paul Globe in the "East St Paul" column was this: " Miss Signey Olsen and Louis sicLarson were married at the Norwegian Bethania church, after which a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents Mr and Mrs H. Olsen of Jenks Street."

Woohoo!

The original candidate Signa Charlotte Olsen and the 2nd Signe C Larson can be put aside, we have a winner! (As long as OP agrees, I guess._

Also by the way, also reported in the Saint Paul Globe that a Signey Olsen was a 3rd grade teacher in the 1903-1904 school year receiving $550 for the term. Possibly her just as she marries and not mentioned again in that context.

Here is the parents marriage:
https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/327/pv00000003381571

As in her baptism, father Halvor is a styrmand (navigator / sailor).

Probably the family leaving through Oslo from Maridalen going to "Benson" possibly Benson Minnesota or Benson county North Dakota, etc.:

Harry Olson's sister mentioned in his obit was Mrs. Nels Olson of Minneapolis. So it looks like a brother and sister, may have married a sister and brother:
