I did not find Bertha, but I found her sister Guldborg Torkildsen (26) at Ellis Island October 11 1911.
They are both in 1900 census in Oslo (Kristiania): http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=f00301&gardpostnr=4612&personpostnr=122504&merk=122504#ovre

Their father Gudbrand Torkildsen was a bookbinder, born in Hole parish. Guldborg was also working in the printing-house.

The emigrant records for Bertha: http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=EMIOSLO&gardpostnr=185824&merk=185824#ovre
She left Oslo 14.09.1906 = Sept 14 1906.

My grandfater Gudbrand Nyberg arrived at the same time and with the same skips from Oslo and Liverpool. I have a letter from him written Sept. 29 1906 from Chicago.
