I am trying to locate the Passenger List which would include the name of my Great Grandmother, Anna Kristina Hansson. According to information handed down from my ancestors, she left Stavanger, Norway in early 1881 on a boat of the "White Star Line". She travelled to Liverpool, arriving April 6, 1881, and then arrived in New York on May 1, 1881. She had several children with her. Any information on how I can find the Passenger List would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
is this the family you're looking for? click here

It looks to be the same Anne who is emigrating from Stavanger here, together with her two youngest children, Anna & Jacob.

The emigrant list from Stavanger has been destroyed in a fire, so this list is a regenerated list of people who they know have emigrated, based on personal letters and other information available.
