The Danish Emigration on-line records record passengers as departing "directe" (from Copenhagen to US) or "indirecte" meaning those who departed from other European ports. What ports were likely for Danish emigrants 1875-1892 and would they have traveled by train to those ports since no ship name is given for the term "indirecte"? How would Danish get to Cuba?
Thanks.
Jon

Yes, Bremerhaven is mention on the Danish emigration site, but what about Hamburg or Liverpool, or are there others? Is there historical info that indicates the most likely port for Danish emigrants who departed "indirekte"? How would Danish emigrants get to Cuba?
Thanks.
