The 1865 Norwegian census shows farms named Fimreite and Nordnæs (also a Slinde) in Sogndal, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway so that is probably where you should start your search.

Could this be their marriage?

Peder Hanssen Ølmem & Kari Johannesdr Slinde
Marriage: 15 Oct 1829, Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane, Norway
His father: Hans Nielssen
Her father: Johannes

You have farms named Nordnæss and Fimmereide in Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane..

Per (Peder) Hansen Ølmeim
Born 02 Jun 1805, Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane, Norway
Parents: Hans Nielssen Ølmeim & Eli Persdr (Pedersdr)

Kari Johannesdatter Slinde
Born 21 May 1804, Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane, Norway
Parents: Johannes Jørgensen Slinde & Anna Nilsdr

Farmer Per Hansen Ølmeim died 04 Sep 1851, Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane, Norway
Kari Johannesdr Ølmeim in 1865-census for Sogndal, Sogn Og Fjordane.

One Kari Johnsdr Ølmeim (born Slinde), died 04 Oct 1880, Norum parish, Sogn Og Fjordane.
I believe it is Kari who is recorded as dead in 1880 in Norum parish in Sogndal.
Two possibilities, most likely 06-Aug, but it could also be the one listed on 12-Oct.

Old family records are seldom "way off", so doublecheck all sources before you take anything for granted, also from this Forum...
Some Sogndal records. Not sure if its the same parents, because they are from two different farms. But it could be the same couple that have re-located:
Johannes Persen, b 29 Mar 1833, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Nornes
Nils Persen, b 07 May 1834, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Nornes
Eli Persdr, b 15 Mar 1837, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Nornes
Ingeborg Persdr, b 07 Nov 1839, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Nornes
Johannes Persen, b 12 Feb 1843, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Ølmeim
Kari Persdr, b 01 Feb 1845, parents Per Hansen & Kari Johannesdr, Ølmeim

Some interesting people from Sogndal emigrating to America:
Botilda Persdr Fimreite 1856
Kari Persdr Fimreite 1856
Sjur Persen Fimreite 1857
Johannes Persen Nornes 1856
Sjur Persen Nornes 1856

- I assume you mean Peder (Hansen) and Kari (Johannesdatter).
In addition to the ones Jan Peter has listed is
Hans, born at Nornæs Oct 7 1830, #90, at his confirmation he was at Ølmem, #56.
Hans was unmarried in 1865 when he was at Ølmeim together with his mother being a widow. The 10 year younger sister Ingeborg is at Ølmeim as well. Both Hans and Ingeborg were born at Nornæs.

This may be an interesting record, it is the intent of Hans Nielsen, Fimmereide to get married with Eli Pedersdatter, Ølmem and his signature (written with someone holding his pen) dated Oct 6 1804. See left page.
They were married Oct 25 1804, see right page.
Their 2nd child Kari was baptized Jan 12 1807, see left page.
The 3rd child was Niels bapt. Aug 6 1809, see top of right page.
Their son Johanes was bapt. Oct 18 1812, see last record on left page.
The daughter Ingeborg was bapt Oct 27 1815, see last record on left page.
Elling was born Aug 19 1824, see #77.

Thank you Eibache, This is wonderful. I would have had nothing without everyone's help. I spent all night trying to find info about Hans parents and siblings and only found one reference to his father and mother names in Sogndal and no other information. Father Nils Ellingsen mother Ragnhild Hansdatter.
Thanks to everyone again.

Niels Ellingsen, Fimreide and Ragnele Hansdatter, Ølmem, 3rd announcement to marry, March 25 1763, see bottom of far left column.
In 1760 Niels Ellingsen was 17 years old, living at Fimreide with his parents Elling Nielsen 76 years old and Christi Pedersdatter 55 years old, see bottom of 1st and 2nd column on left page.
