I have retraced my information on the Census Records in the US. The 1900 Census says he was born in Oct. 1847. Was "lilleelvedalens" a parish?

Thanks to all who came up with so much information for me.
I am going to stop looking for Peder Pederson until I can come up with more information to narrow the search.
