Thank you to you all.
Now it'l be great if I can track to descendants after Walborg Fredriksen and her brother John.
Ruth we know married John Cassey and got the twins William and Robert in 1947. I guess they have descendants somwhere in US.

By the by, in one 1920 US census transcription I've seen Walborg is assigned a birth place of Norway rather than New York. Didn't explore the "original" register to verify but perhaps the family traveled back to Norway in the 19teens. Walborg might also be spelled Valborg, which hasn't been explored either.

In April of 1940 still living in New York. Also I assume that a petition for naturalization would indicate that she was not born in the US.

Name: Walborg Fredriksen
Birth Date: abt 1915

This is probably her arrival into New York. She is travelling with her father, here name Andreas and age 25 ?, her mother Anna age 32, sister Ruth age 7. Andreas lists his father as Anton Fredriksen of Haugsund, Eker, Norway. The other three list last place of residence as Horten and Anna lists her father-in-law as Johan Fredriksen of Mellemkaisermark 10, Horten Norway. Something a little odd here? I suspect that the Andreas Fredriksen listed directly above Anna may not be her husband at all. Makes no sense especially with his listed place of Huagesund??

This could be the father-in-law since the address is the same as that given in the immigration record.

Google found this, don't know if its the same Walborg or not and why Waukesha county, Wisconsin for her probate, if it is ours?

FREDRICKSON: Walborg
Filed: 31-Dec-1944
Case #: 1944PR003522
Source: Wisconsin Circuit Court Access

Probably not ours. There is a Walborg Fredrickson living in Delafield, Wisc in the 1940 census b. 1881.

From the 1940 census there are 2 Walborg (with any last name) of the approximate age, born Norway in New York:

Valborg Hanson

In the 1940 US Census first posted by Jackie, Anna Fredrikson and John and the Cassey family are all living at 3063 Hull Avenue.. The same address that Walborg used in one of her Naturalization Petitions. However looking at the original census sheet and looking at the several other families that occupy the building at this time, there is no sign of Walborg in the building. Maybe she just used that address without living there at that time.

Partial of the 1940 Census.
