It seems Albrect Rummelhoff and Ingeborg Kristine Hansdatter were 1st cousins
Albrects mother was Berthe Larsdatter Salboehuus (1788-1873)
Ingeborg Kristine's mother was Elen Larsdatter Salbohus (ca.1787-et.1865), aka Ellen Torkelson. (She was married to Hans Torkildsen).
Berthe and Ellen were sisters.."

Based on that it is likely that this is Hans Torildsen on Eløen in the 1801 Census with his first wife.
