I saw that marriage record. What gave me pause is the groom is named Martin Enevald Larsen. There just might be a Marthin Enevald Larsen who married a Ane Gabrielsdatter. I have run into him several times and places and I think we need to make sure that there is not two similar men.

Maybe Ben comes from some sort of Americanization of Enevald to Ben???

The date of the marriage is also given on the baptism record of Ole Gabriel and it matches the one you found as well. 1869-04-08

In the 1900 census, there is a brother named Morris or similar born about 1880 also in Norway in the household.

A relatively uncommon name of Mauritz Gabrielsen, probably means this is he and his family in the 1801 Census

Father is Gabriel Joensen and mother is Gunvor Gabrielsdatter.

On the other side of the Tree is Gabriel Ommundsen the husband of Birthe Jorine. He was born 4 NOV 1818 • Arsvoll, Hoyland, Rogaland, Norway.

Father is Ommund Olsen and mother is Marlene Gabrielsdatter.

Another step back to Martin Enevald Larsen born about 1841 in Klepp parish of Rogalanf.

He is single and living on Skeie farm in the 1865 Census.
