I have an old postcard saying that a relative was onboard the SS United States in New York December 7th 1911.

He returned to Norway with this ship.

Does anyone know where to find passengerlist from this sailing?
Can anyone confirm the date, and which day he arrived Norway (Kristiania)?

The SS United States arrived Kristiansand on Sunday Dec 17th, and in Christiania the following day, on Monday December 18th, It was filled with 1100 norwegians going home for xmas.

The return voyage landing in Norway is unlikely to have a passenger list available anywhere. If it was a voyage to U.K, and then a feeder voyage back to Norway, there might be something in the incoming UK voyages at Ancestry.

I guess this ship sailed directly to Norway.
I already have the old postcard with the date, so I dont need the passengerlist.
Thank you for helping! :)
