Eibache, maybe you can help me with the birthdate of Andreas Johannessen's father. I believe his name was Johannes Johannesen but when I search for him, I get a result of about 150 names. Any way that you can help narrow it down for me, since you've been so great in helping before?

Unfortunately the early parish registers for Eidsvoll were lost in a fire Jan 8 1877 and Andreas Johannesens parents would be very young when the 1801 census was taken. No possibility to help you here., sorry.
