Does anyone know where the Satter Farm is in Norway? I think it is somewhere near Oslo. Looking for the immigration of Kristi, born 24 Nov 1851. Think she immigrated in 1870. Doubt she came alone. Any help is appreciated.

Perhaps you mean Sætter?

Two Sætter farms in 1865 were located to Grong and Ytterøy

Many more farms starts with Sætter with various endings like, Sættervik, Sætterdal, Sættereng, Sætterhaug etc.

If this Kirsti Sæther is a candidate, the farm would be in Tolga Hedmark.

Tolga.
Sætra (=Sæter)

Kirsti, her widowed mother and siblings in 1865.

Kirsti was born Dec 12 1851, see 1st record on right page.
The date for her baptism is Nov 24 1852.

Kirstis father Esten Jørgensen was a widower when he married Ingeborg Baardsdatter July 10 1836, see #1.

Ingeborg Baardsdatter was born Oct 22 1808 and baptized Oct 28, see #51. Her parents were Baar Jonsen and Mari Simonsdatter.

Esten Jørgensen was baptized June 22 1798, see #24.
His parents were Jørgen Larsen and Ingeborg Amundsdatter.
Esten, his parents and siblings in 1801.

US-Census 1880 for Amherst, Fillmore, Minnesota:
Peter Peterson M 35 Norway
Christie Peterson F 27 Norway
Peter Peterson M 7 Minnesota, United States
Inger Peterson F 4 Minnesota, United States
Edward Peterson M 3 Minnesota, United States

From "Christenings, Fillmore Co., MN 1854-1883"
16 Apr 1873, Peder, parents: Peder Pedersen & Kristi Østensdatter, Elstad, Fillmore Co., MN
16 Jul 1875, Inger, parents: Peder Pedersen & Kirsti Estensdatter, Elstad, Fillmore Co., MN
04 Sep 1877, Edward, parents: Peder Pedersen & Kristi Østensdatter, U. Prairie, Fillmore Co., MN
The dates are most likely the chr. dates.

This should confirm that Kirsti Estensdatter Sæther from Tolga, Hedmark is the right one.

Any information on Peder Pedersen Kirsti's husband? Born 19 Oct 1845. Married Kirsti 1872 in Filmore County, Mn. Possibly left Norway in 1871. Appreciate any information you may have on him in Norway. Thanks to everyone who has helped!

Peter Peterson & Kristi Eastenson got married in Fillmore, MN on 07 JUN 1871.
It's possible the marriage certificate could contain the name of the groom's father or his place of birth. That would be of great value in tracing Peter's origin.

Sometimes the American records for a marriage which contain more information than a marriage certificate are the application for a marriage license and/or the church record of the marriage. They can be more difficult to find - but usually give more info. The application for a marriage license was made at the county of record or nearest courthouse.

Looking at emigrants named Peder Pedersen leaving Norway around 1870, and about 25 y.o., doesn't return too many candidates. Most of them can be ruled out, but I can't find anything about this guy:
Leaving Trondheim on 05.05.1870, Peder Pedersen Ravnaas (26), residence Singsaas, destination Lansing

Where and when is he born?

The Peder Pederson I am looking for was born on 19 Oct 1845. The US census records: one shows he left in 1869 and the other one shows he left in 1871. His marriage is 7 June, 1871 in Fillmore County, Minneosta. The Church he was affiliated with for a few years is looking into their records to see if a family member shows up. Her Family is represented everywhere in that old church.

The Elstad Church in Fillmore County, Minnesota says that
most of their old congragation came from Hedmark and since you guys were able to find Kirsti in Tolga, Hedmark I was hopeful that he was from there also. I could not find him on the 1865 Census.

It is possible we do not have the right birth date but I am going to keep looking. The sheet I copied for 1865 census, this Peder Pederson is surrounded by many Peder Pedersons who were born in Tolgens Prgi. So where is "Lilleelvedalens" I can not find it in "Hedmark" county. I also looked thur all Tolga parishes listed. Would this be an old time parish name?
