Does anyone know how I can get info on my great great grandfather, Gunder Jensen Bratlien, born in Norway in 2016. He moved to Denmark about 1849 and married a Dane, Anna Catrine Steinveg. I'm lost!

Jens Gundersen married Ingebor Arnesdatter Nov 7, 1813

The link above says that Ingaborg Arnesdatter is a widow.

This is likely her on the farm Bratllen in her first marriage.

1801

No I wasn't aware of this. I'll have to get an Ancestry account. I'm awaiting a DNA report. This is exciting!
Thank you.

A candidate for the father of Gunder Jensen is Jens Gundersen living on Øyestad, Land, Oppland in the 1801 Census. His father is Gunder Erichsen .and his mother is likely Berit Hansdatter previously married.

Link

Jens Gundersen was baptized on Dom 8 p Trin in 1787 (in 1787 that date is July 29). See second entry right hand page.

Once I get the Ancestry DNA report, I'm going to get an account. I didn't have much luck with Gunder Bratlien on Family Search, and you've me so much already. Thank you so much.
